INTRODUCTION
This survey aims to anonymously elicit candid and useful feedback on the performance of your supervisor/manager.
A summary of all the feedback received will be prepared for each supervisor/manager so that s/he can use the information to understand what is going great and what can be better to improve team management as well as overall communication.
To provide feedback on more than one supervisor/manager you interface within the course of executing your role, please complete the survey per manager/supervisor.
